Onion Rice

Great and easy rice with a twist...
1 diced Onion
Garlic chopped
1/2 cup of basmati rice
1 cup chicken stock
3 tbsn oil
1. Saute onions & garlic in oil (don't let them get any colour, so cook on low heat)
2. Add washed rice
3. Cover in the oil & onions/ garlic (2-3 mins)
4. Slowly add chicken stock
5. Cook for about 20mins (low temp)
