Salmon Pâté

 Ingredients:

100g of whole portion smoked salmon

1/2 block of creamy feta cheese, mashed into a smooth consistency

A generous handful of finely chopped gherkins

Mayonnaise

A squeeze of fresh lemon juice for a hint of zest

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together until you achieve a luxuriously smooth paste, perfect for spreading on your choice of crackers, toast, or as a gourmet dip for vegetables.
