Homemade Ice cream

Ingredients
600mls cream
Tin of sweetened condensed milk
Vanilla Essence (optional)
Goodies to flavour (e.g. crunchie, moro, liquorice allsorts)

MethodWhip cream a little
Add sweetened condensed milk to the cream
Whip until not quite peaks
Add a couple of drops of vanilla essence
Smash lollies/ chocolate, etc
Add in smashed goodies and stir well
Freeze overnight

NB: If adding in softer, chewy lollies, fruit, etc make sure the pieces aren't too big as when they freeze can be a challenge to eat!
